Because each Petalstone Bundle is specially curated and may be personalized according to the customer’s selected colors and preferences, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the mystery items received.

The surprise selection of items is part of the mystery-bundle experience. While we will carefully follow the color preferences and options selected at checkout, specific mystery items are not guaranteed unless they are expressly listed as guaranteed in the product description.

Shipping Issues

Petalstone Bundles is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and check with members of your household and nearby neighbors.
